1. Verifiy your account activation.
Verifiy your credentials using helpdesk.units.it – “Procedura di verifica password (dominio DS)” using your username only (without “@ds.units.it” or “DS\”).
In case they do not work yet, please wait for enrollment completion by student’s administrative office before continuing to the following steps.
2. Download and run the CAT or geteduroam installer using the device to be connected.
If you have previously configured eduroam on your device, please remove the old profile before installing the new one.
